Volcana ( DC Comics )

Claire Selton was a young metahuman who was taken by a clandestine government group and transformed into weapon. Taking the opportunity to escape she went on the run and came into conflict with Superman, and would later walk the path towards criminality.

Along with Livewire, Volcana was created for the animated Superman series, although Volcana was never brought into the comic DC Universe, which always struck me as odd really, i guess they couldn't think of a way to introduce her...

I've used the outfit she sported in the animated Justice League series.
