The Joker makes an ill advised move on the tempestuous Kryptonian as she tracks down the Harley Quinn and the missing Captain Atom...
I had the idea of fielding the Joker against Powergirl a while back ( when i did the picture of Harley riding Captain Atom ) but it wasn't until a recent Batgirl Cover that caused some ripples that i had a proper idea to work with, so this is a homage of sorts to the technically unpublished Batgirl cover.
The Joker never really came into the sphere of characters like Power Girl in the proper DC Universe, but she probably would have dealt with 'Batman's Greatest Foe TM' ( or most over rated foe in my opinion ) with the same speed Captain Atom took out Aquaman's arch foe Black Manta many years ago ( it wasn't even a fight, mostly Manta running away
).
